Along with our dedicated production partners, NEXXFIELD worked for over three years to develop a texturized thatch fibre that provides optimal traction for player performance and fibre support. The combination of high denier with a unique texturisation process produces a tight, compacted thatch layer at the bottom of the structure—one designed to protect players’ skin during a tackle or slide.

Artificial grass made from polyamide fibres is 40% more resilient than grass made from polyethylene and 22% more resilient than polypropylene grass. This is not only because nylon is the strongest of these fibres, but also because it has a much higher melting point.
